The property itself has 11 fully furnished rooms & 2 cottages, communal bathrooms, communal kitchen ( fully equipped for all your basic cooking needs), living, dining and study area. All bedrooms consist of a bed, cupboards, desk or computer stand. Rooms have their own bar fridge. Linen, towels and food are not supplied.
Management is on call weekdays between 08h00 and 16h00 and available within reason after hours and weekends.
The property is fully walled with an electric gate and safe parking area.
Included in the rent are a number of additional services. Explora HD DSTV and WIFI internet access, maid with a laundry service as well as the rooms serviced 5 days a week (excluding public holidays). Water & electricity.
